NYSR publishes the NYSR Portfolio of Architectural & Interior Renderings every 2 years. The printed portfolio consists of work from its current members.
As a way to secure the heritage of the NYSR, an archival program is in place to archive past issues of the portfolio for future reference. Past issues are of the portfolio are also donated to colleges and universities in the United States in order to reinforce the standard of quality of the Architectural Illustration profession.
Through its exhibitions program, NYSR brings the achievements of its members to the public. Periodically, curated exhibitions of members work are put together and promoted to companies and individuals within the architectural design industry and the general public.
NYSR acts as a vehicle for professional development by hosting frequent Events of interest to our Membership. In the past such events have included studio visits to noted illustrators, technical demonstrations from software and art equipment providers, gallery and museum tours, and public talks to design professionals, for example.
